  • ginger root (3-5 cm / 1.2 – 2 in length)
  • 1 L / 34 fl oz of water
  •  you can add honey/lemon/mint

In  boiling water add the chopped ginger root. Cook for another 5-6 minutes. Strain the tea and add honey/lemon/mint for  taste.

  •      ginger powder (1/2 teaspoon)
  •      200 ml / 7 fl oz water
  •      you can add honey/lemon/mint

In boiling water add the ginger powder. Cook for another  3 minutes. Strain the tea and add honey/lemon/mint  for taste.
