While juicing doesn’t replace the need for solid foods, it serves as a terrific way to benefit from fruits or vegetables you wouldn’t normally eat because of taste, and gives you a daily dose of goodness in one serving.
Think about it—eating a pound of kale, two large carrots, a beet and an orange would take a while. But if those ingredients are juiced, you have yourself a nutritious, easy and convenient snack or meal.

Simple, powerful and safe to use juicer.
Omega J8003 Nutrition Center Masticating Juicer
Unlike its competitors, the Omega J8003 Nutrition Masticating Juicer works at a low speed, processing at 80 rpm versus 1,650 to 15,000 rpm.
The benefit of operating at a lower speed is the retention of healthy enzymes.
It also allows a fresh juice to be refrigerated for up to three days without going bad.
Because this juicer is dual-stage, it extracts the most juice from fruits and vegetables.
I did a lot of research before buying this model. I like the slow rpm masticating style juicer because I want to keep all the nutrients and enzymes intact. Some people re-run the pulp back through but it seems to juice everything out just fine for me. I use mine to juice both fruits and vegetable and have not had any problems juicing anything so far. I also love to freeze whole bananas and use the homogenizer attachment to make a creamy mock ice-cream dessert. It does take a little longer prepping for to juice because of the smaller opening. but the cleanup isn't as bad as I thought it would be...
- Doesn’t make nut milk as well as other products
- You need to be patient while making juices because of the low speed

With five speed settings, this juicer is extremely versatile to suit any lifestyle.
From soft fruits to carrots, you can change to speed to maximize juice extraction with virtually no waste.
This juicer transfers less than 1.8F of heat in order to retain natural enzymes and healthy nutrients.
It also features a large feeding tube to eliminate the need for pre-chopping.
I really cannot express into words how great this product is. I am normally skeptical about things, but to my surprise, this juicer is the top of the line. You will get your money's worth if you purchase this machine. It is so easy to clean up and quick. If you use the right combinations, you can get the best tasting juice out there. I use the leafy greens and whole apples, pears, peaches, grapes, strawberries, oranges, celery, pineapple, bananas, bell pepper, onions, cantaloupe, etc. and it works fabulously. Not a problem. I normally keep my setting on #3 because that seems to be the perfect setting for any fruit or vegetable. This is my first juicer and I can tell you my experience has been very positive.
